Meet Kim sleeman
Kim Sleeman joined JLOSH almost 16 years ago and is currently a sustaining member. She joined back in 2006 because she wanted to join an organization of women who were interested in helping our community and meet new friends!
What is your favorite thing you’ve done/learned/experienced with JLOSH?
Working with Kara Lawler to organize "March Volunteer Madness" - A celebration on March 2, 2013 to celebrate JLOSH's 100 years of service. We had 100 volunteers partnering with over 15 of our community partners to relive our past and inspire the younger members.
Tell us about where you're from and your life outside of JLOSH.
I was born in Dakar, Senegal and lived in W. Africa for the first 6 years of my life, then went to Middle and HIgh school on the mainline of Philadelphia in Wayne, PA.
